Assured Life Association’s Board of Directors is composed of seven voting members, who are Benefit Members of the Society, and the President who serves as an ex officio non-voting member of the Board. In accordance with the Society’s Bylaws, the Nominating Committee is currently accepting nominations for the three board positions up for election in 2022; board position numbers one, two and three.
Society Directors receive compensation as determined by the Committee on Legislation and are reimbursed for expenses incurred in connection with official business of the Society.
