2022 Board Election Results

Three board positions were up for election in 2022. The Election committee received four applications for the three board positions. The Election Committee unanimously nominated all four applicants as qualified candidates for Director for election by the Benefit Members of the Society in 2022. The four applicants were: Lance C. Foreman, incumbent; Billy B. Hill, Jr., incumbent; Ernest T. Giambra, incumbent; and Charles R. Hokanson.

In accordance with the Bylaws, the Benefit Members of the Society inforce at the time of election received notice to vote, by referendum, for three candidates. A third-party online election service provided by Survey & Ballot Systems (SBS) was used to host the election. The election results were tabulated and notarized by SBS.

The following Benefit Members were elected and will serve from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2027:

Billy B. Hill, Jr.
Ernest T. Giambra
