The national Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws govern Assured Life Association. These governing documents provide you detailed information on your rights as a member. If you have any questions, please call the Fraternal Department at 1-800-777-9777.

The national Bylaws of the Society provide that the board of directors establish chapter bylaws for every chapter that has not adopted its own bylaws. The Board recently developed model chapter bylaws, as well as model bylaws for districts. They are provided below for your use:
